Terms & Conditions – 10x555 Platform

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," "your") and 10x555 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 10x555.app and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and the PKR cashier.

By creating an account on 10x555, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox during registration, or by continuing to access and use the Platform after being presented with these Terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using 10x555 and must not attempt to register or maintain an account.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use 10x555, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) creating the account for your sole personal use.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 10x555 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 10x555 is lawful in your jurisdiction. 10x555 does not make representations as to the legality of the service in any specific jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold another active 10x555 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

3. Account Registration

To use the real-money features of 10x555 you must complete account registration and pass identity verification ("KYC"). You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number.
• Submit valid identity documentation when requested. Acceptable documents include a current National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo ID. 10x555 reserves the right to refuse or suspend accounts where satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 10x555 immediately.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.

10x555 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without providing a reason and without liability.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 10x555 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless an alternative currency is expressly agreed in writing. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20). 10x555 may add, modify, or discontinue payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 for JazzCash and Easypaisa; Rs 1,000 for bank transfers; equivalent of approximately USD 5 for USDT. Specific minimums are displayed at the cashier and may be updated periodically.
• Deposit fees: 10x555 does not charge deposit processing fees. Fees imposed by your payment provider or bank are your responsibility.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in your own verified name. 10x555 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal timing: Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically processed same-day. Bank transfers may take one to four business hours. USDT withdrawals are processed within approximately 15 minutes to one hour, subject to network conditions.
• AML compliance: 10x555 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. We may request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions and may delay or decline withdrawals pending AML review.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on 10x555 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, which are published within the relevant section of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 10x555 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where an error on the part of 10x555 has occurred.
• 10x555 reserves the right to void any bet or gaming round where a technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing error has occurred, regardless of whether funds have already been settled.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per 24-hour period. Current limits are displayed within the relevant product and may be updated without prior notice.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other unauthorised third-party software to place bets or interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited.
• 10x555 offers live in-play betting on cricket, PSL, and other sporting events. In-play odds change rapidly; once a bet is submitted and accepted, it stands at the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

10x555 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. Unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, household address, IP address, device, or payment method, unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.
• 10x555 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including after a bonus has been claimed, if evidence of abuse or fraud is detected.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 10x555. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or forfeiture of funds:

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, engage in collusion, or use prohibited third-party tools.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any form of systematic exploitation of 10x555 promotions in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 10x555 staff via any communication channel associated with the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on 10x555 — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, game logic, trademarks, logos, and the 10x555 brand mark — is the exclusive property of 10x555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from 10x555 without prior written authorisation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 10x555 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
• 10x555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or any other loss, howsoever caused.
• 10x555's aggregate liability to any individual user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 10x555's negligence.

10. Responsible Gaming

10x555 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform is strictly for users aged 18 and over. As a condition of maintaining an account, you agree to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within your account settings, including:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session time limits: Configure automatic session duration alerts and logouts.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen prompts displaying your net gaming activity.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporary account suspensions of between 24 hours and 30 days.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same user.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Upon account closure, 10x555 will return any verified real-money balance (net of any bonuses subject to wagering requirements) to the account holder's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to AML obligations and these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 10x555 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of 10x555 that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration body specified in 10x555's gaming licence terms. 10x555 operates as an internationally licensed platform and does not represent that its services comply with the laws of any specific jurisdiction accessed by users, including Pakistan.
